Rooted in Our Purpose is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization rooted in compassion, community, and transformation. We are dedicated to empowering women to cultivate truth and flourish authentically by providing access to holistic healing experiences that address the emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of well-being.

Our Mission

We exist to foster positive change by walking alongside women in their healing journeys—helping them overcome trauma, rebuild confidence, and embrace their most authentic selves. Through structured programs and supportive environments, we create space for women to be seen, heard, and healed.

Where We Serve

Our services are offered in-person and virtually, depending on the event type. We proudly serve:

  • Jackson, TN & Brownsville, TN and surrounding areas

  • Memphis, TN and surrounding areas

Whether through in-person gatherings or virtual sessions, we’re committed to ensuring accessibility and impact across our communities.

What We Offer

Rooted in Our Purpose provides transformative programs that include:

  • Healing retreats and empowerment events

  • Group and individual coaching

  • Mental health and wellness workshops

  • Access to licensed therapists and trauma-informed care

  • Mentorship, sisterhood, and support circles

  • Spiritual growth and self-care practices

  • Assistance with transportation, childcare, and other basic needs

Our holistic model is designed to meet women where they are and walk with them toward where they’re meant to be.

  • Gold Sponsor – $5,000
    Funds 6 full scholarships and offers premier recognition on all platforms.

  • Silver Sponsor – $2,500
    Funds 3 full scholarships with prominent brand exposure.

  • Bronze Sponsor – $1,000
    Funds 3 partial scholarships with social media and event program recognition.

  • Supporter – $500
    Acknowledgment in programs and on social media.
